At the beginning of combat on your turn, you may remove three quest counters from among permanents you control. When you do, put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control and they gain vigilance until end of turn.

Flying
When Overseer of the Damned enters the battlefield, you may destroy target creature.
Whenever a nontoken creature an opponent controls dies, create a tapped 2/2 black Zombie creature token.

Exile all creatures. Each player creates a 0/0 green and blue Fractal creature token and puts a number of +1/+1 counters on it equal to the total power of creatures they controlled that were exiled this way.

At the beginning of your upkeep, if you have four or more creature cards in your graveyard, you may return target creature card from your graveyard to your hand.

Menace
Whenever Overt Operative deals combat damage to a player, it assembles a Contraption. (Put the top card of your Contraption deck face up onto one of your sprockets.)

{3}{U}, {T}, Discard a card: Untap target creature and gain control of it until end of turn. That creature gains haste until end of turn.

When Overwhelmed Apprentice enters the battlefield, each opponent mills two cards. Then you scry 2.

Enchant player
Creatures enchanted player controls lose all abilities and have base power and toughness 1/1.
Enchanted player can't activate abilities that aren't mana abilities or loyalty abilities.

Until end of turn, creatures you control gain trample and get +X/+X, where X is the greatest power among creatures you control.

Flying
Ward—{3}, Pay 3 life.
Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, create X 1/1 red Phyrexian Goblin creature tokens, where X is the mana value of that spell. They gain haste until end of turn.

When Ovinomancer enters the battlefield, sacrifice it unless you return three basic lands you control to their owner's hand.
{T}, Return Ovinomancer to its owner's hand: Destroy target creature. It can't be regenerated. That creature's controller creates a 0/1 green Sheep creature token.

{2}{G}, {T}: Create a 1/1 colorless Servo artifact creature token.
{4}{G}, {T}: Create an X/X colorless Construct artifact creature token, where X is the number of creatures you control.

Whenever a creature deals damage to a player, that player may say "Ow" once for each permanent named Ow. If the player doesn't, Ow deals 1 damage to them.

When Owl Familiar enters the battlefield, draw a card, then discard a card.

Trample
Keen Senses — When Owlbear enters the battlefield, draw a card.

Mama's Coming — Whenever Owlbear Cub attacks a player who controls eight or more lands, look at the top eight cards of your library. You may put a creature card from among them onto the battlefield tapped and attacking that player. Put the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order.

At the beginning of your end step, if creatures you control have total power 8 or greater, draw a card.

When Ox of Agonas enters the battlefield, discard your hand, then draw three cards.
Escape — {R}{R}, Exile eight other cards from your graveyard.
Ox of Agonas escapes with a +1/+1 counter on it.
