Hexproof
Whenever a creature card is put into an opponent's graveyard from anywhere, you may have Lazav, Dimir Mastermind become a copy of that card, except its name is Lazav, Dimir Mastermind, it's legendary in addition to its other types, and it has hexproof and this ability.

When Thraben Inspector enters the battlefield, investigate.

Improvise
You may have Synth Infiltrator enter the battlefield as a copy of any creature on the battlefield, except it's a Synth artifact creature in addition to its other types.

Target creature gets -4/-4 until end of turn.

Whenever a nontoken creature enters the battlefield, its controller may search their library for a basic land card, put it onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle.
