Whenever chaos ensues, exile the top six cards of your library. An opponent chooses a nonland card with their favorite art. Then you may cast that spell without paying its mana cost.

Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, you may discard a card. If you do, draw a card.

Rulebreaker — If Arvad of the Weatherlight is your Commander, you may include legendary permanents of any color in your deck regardless of color identity.
Whenever Arvad deals combat damage to an opponent, you may put a legendary permanent card from your hand onto the battlefield.

At the beginning of your end step, if a creature died this turn, Arvad, Weatherlight Smuggler perpetually gets +X/+X where X is the number of creatures that died this turn. This ability also triggers if Arvad is in your graveyard.

Arvinox, the Mind Flail isn't a creature unless you control three or more permanents you don't own.
At the beginning of your end step, exile the bottom card of each opponent's library face down. For as long as those cards remain exiled, you may look at them, you may cast permanent spells from among them, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast those spells.

Whenever you scry, put a +1/+1 counter on target creature.
{4}{G}{U}: Scry 2.

This spell costs {1} less to cast if you control two or more legendary creatures.
Scry 2, then draw two cards.

Arwen, Mortal Queen enters with an indestructible counter on it.
{1}, Remove an indestructible counter from Arwen: Another target creature gains indestructible until end of turn. Put a +1/+1 counter and a lifelink counter on that creature and a +1/+1 counter and a lifelink counter on Arwen.

Each other creature you control enters with a number of additional +1/+1 counters on it equal to Arwen, Weaver of Hope's toughness.

Vigilance
{2}{W}, {T}: Create a 2/2 white Knight creature token with vigilance.
{B}, {T}, Tap X untapped Knights you control: Destroy target creature with power X or less.

At the beginning of your upkeep, put a time counter on As Foretold.
Once each turn, you may pay {0} rather than pay the mana cost for a spell you cast with mana value X or less, where X is the number of time counters on As Foretold.

Hexproof
Whenever you roll a die, put a number of luck counters on As Luck Would Have It equal to the result. Then if there are 100 or more luck counters on As Luck Would Have It, you win the game. (Count both rolls if you reroll a die.)
