Enchant creature As long as enchanted creature is red, it gets +1/+1 and has "{R/W}: This creature gets +1/+0 until end of turn." As long as enchanted creature is white, it gets +1/+1 and has lifelink.
Flying Dethrone Whenever Scourge of the Throne attacks for the first time each turn, if it's attacking the player with the most life or tied for most life, untap all attacking creatures. After this phase, there is an additional combat phase.
For each nonland permanent, choose a player at random. Then each player gains control of each permanent for which they were chosen. Untap those permanents.
