Flying
Whenever you cast a spell from anywhere other than your hand, you may pay {1}{U/R}. If you do, copy that spell and you may choose new targets for the copy. If the copy is a permanent spell, it gains haste and "At the beginning of your end step, sacrifice this permanent."

When Mjölnir enters the battlefield, attach it to target legendary creature you control.
Whenever equipped creature attacks, tap target creature defending player controls and put a stun counter on it. Then Mjölnir deals damage to each opponent equal to the number of tapped creatures that opponent controls.

Whenever Moira, Urborg Haunt deals combat damage to a player, return to the battlefield target creature card in your graveyard that was put there from the battlefield this turn.

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player sacrifices an artifact.
