When Impounding Lot-Bot enters, you may say "INCARCERATE!" in a robot voice. If you do, exile another target artifact or enchantment until Impounding Lot-Bot leaves the battlefield.

When Impressive Rat dies, put a hole counter on target land you don't control. Whenever that land becomes tapped, you investigate. (The land continues to intrigue.)

When you set this scheme in motion, choose an opponent.
Permanents the chosen player controls don't untap during their untap step.
When the chosen player is attacked or becomes the target of a spell or ability, abandon this scheme.

Survival — At the beginning of your second main phase, if Improvising Aerialist is tapped, Improvising Aerialist and the top creature card in your library without flying perpetually gain flying.

At the beginning of combat this turn, all Revelers gain haste until end of turn and attack this combat if able.

Each player may sacrifice an artifact or enchantment. Impulsive Destruction deals 3 damage to each player who didn't sacrifice a permanent this way.

Return two cards named Ecstatic Piper from Xenagos's graveyard to the battlefield. At the beginning of combat this turn, Impulsive Return deals damage to each player equal to the number of Revelers on the battlefield.

Gain control of target creature until end of turn. Untap that creature. It gains haste until end of turn. It perpetually gains "This creature attacks each combat if able."

Equipped creature gets +1/+1.
Whenever Inchblade Companion becomes attached to a creature, create a token that's a copy of Inchblade Companion, except it doesn't have this ability. This ability triggers only once each turn.
