At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player chooses target player who controls more lands than they do and is their opponent. The first player may search their library for a basic land card, put that card onto the battlefield, then shuffle.

When Oath of Nissa enters, look at the top three cards of your library. You may reveal a creature, land, or planeswalker card from among them and put it into your hand. Put the rest on the bottom of your library in any order.
You may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast planeswalker spells.

{1}{B}, {T}: Target creature gets -2/-2 until end of turn.
{1}{R}, {T}: Obelisk of Alara deals 3 damage to target player or planeswalker.
{1}{G}, {T}: Target creature gets +4/+4 until end of turn.

{T}: Add {U}, {B}, or {R}.

This spell can't be countered.
Destroy all artifacts, creatures, and lands. They can't be regenerated.

Aftermath
Target opponent discards two cards.

When Oblivion Ring enters, exile another target nonland permanent.
When Oblivion Ring leaves the battlefield, return the exiled card to the battlefield under its owner's control.

Devoid
Exile target creature.

Companion — Your starting deck contains only cards with odd mana values and land cards.
If a source you control with an odd mana value would deal damage to a permanent or player, it deals double that damage to that permanent or player instead.
