For each nonland permanent, choose a player at random. Then each player gains control of each permanent for which they were chosen. Untap those permanents.
Each player exiles all artifact cards from their graveyard, then sacrifices all artifacts they control, then puts all cards they exiled this way onto the battlefield.

{1}, {T}: Exile any number of cards from your hand face down. Put that many cards from the top of your library into your hand. Then look at the exiled cards and put them on top of your library in any order.
I — Gain control of up to one target artifact for as long as you control Scroll of Isildur. The Ring tempts you. II — Tap up to two target creatures. Put a stun counter on each of them. III — Draw a card for each tapped creature target opponent controls.
Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, put a lore counter on Scroll of the Masters. {3}, {T}: Target creature you control gets +1/+1 until end of turn for each lore counter on Scroll of the Masters.
When Scrutiny of the Guildpact enters the battlefield, you may choose a creature card in your hand. If you do, that card perpetually incorporates {W} and gains "When you cast this spell, create a 2/2 white and blue Detective creature token." Multicolored creatures you control get +1/+1.
{3}, {T}: Choose a number greater than 0 and a color. Target opponent reveals their hand. If that opponent reveals exactly the chosen number of cards of the chosen color, you draw a card.
Choose a creature you control, then each opponent chooses a creature they control with equal or lesser power. If you chose a creature this way, exile each creature not chosen by any player this way.
