Menace
Whenever you cast your second spell each turn, you may sacrifice an artifact. If you do, flip a coin. When you win the flip, copy that spell. You may choose new targets for the copy. When you lose the flip, Breeches, the Blastmaker deals damage equal to that spell's mana value to any target.

Boast — Sacrifice another creature or artifact: Broadside Bombardiers deals damage equal to 2 plus the sacrificed permanent's mana value to any target.

Whenever Cacophony Scamp deals combat damage to a player, you may sacrifice it. If you do, proliferate.
When Cacophony Scamp dies, it deals damage equal to its power to any target.

Goblins you control and Elementals you control have menace.

Rally — Whenever Chasm Guide or another Ally enters the battlefield under your control, creatures you control gain haste until end of turn.

Play with the top card of your library revealed.
You may cast Goblin spells from the top of your library.
As long as the top card of your library is a Goblin card, Conspicuous Snoop has all activated abilities of that card.

When Construction Arsonist enters the battlefield, you may choose an instant or sorcery card in your hand. If you do, that card perpetually incorporates {R} and gains "When you cast this spell, it deals 2 damage to each opponent."
Whenever you cast a multicolored spell, Construction Arsonist gets +1/+1 until end of turn for each of that spell's colors.
